We recently competed in the American Grappling Federation Dallas open! Our kids and adults had one of our best showings to date. All the coaches are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication everyone displayed leading up to the tournament. We had tons of great results including becoming the Adult Gi champions!
We always focus on enjoying Jiu-Jitsu and improving at Jiu-Jitsu, everything else seems to take care of itself! Whether it’s self defense, sport, hobby, or weight loss. Focusing on Improving and enjoying Jiu-Jitsu seems to keep all of those in line!
Big congratulations to everyone for your continued growth in Jiu-Jitsu! Competitions like this give us a chance to show the world what we are working on.
