You’ll see us pushing the phrase “home grown”. We specialize in taking a complete beginner and turning them into a top notch grappler, regardless of age, size or abilities!

And finally, you’ll see our slogan “Submit your ego”. This phrase points to what brings us together so much. As our ego is slowly broken down by the art of Jiu-Jitsu, we come closer together as friends and family. Letting go of our need to prove ourselves, we can then focus on improving ourselves!
