1. My 6 yr old (now 7) gained so much confidence and respect over the past 6 months. She was hesitant at first but now cannot wait to go to class. ALL of the instructors are excellent with the kids. They get down on their level, literally and figuratively, to show and explain moves and techniques. Come and visit one time and you’ll be impressed! Everyone is welcome.
2. This gym is incredible! From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the students and instructors. After my free week trial I felt like part of the family and immediately knew this was the place for me. Every is welcome! I see families in there together, married couples, kids, teenagers and adults. The mix of people is amazing

Coach Mike and the rest of the staff are true professionals, and it was clear from day one that they had a plethora of knowledge to share. They also take the time to make sure you understand the moves and technique. And I used the word “team” up there for a reason. You’re joining a family. A group of people who not only care about your growth in Jiu-Jitsu, but also your growth in life.
4.We are new to this school ,but were welcome from day one. My son loves going to class again and it is wonderful to see.There is always plenty of coaches on the mat everyday and no playing around on the mat in class is so important. The environment is so conducive to learning. Can’t say enough great things about this school.
