Is Jiu-Jitsu just for athletes?

Absolutely not! Jiu-Jitsu is for those aged 4-80! All body types, men and women!

Yes. We have new people trying out class every day! The hardest step is to come in, after that you’ll realize it’s nothing to worry about!

Do you have a curriculum?

Yes. Absolutely we have a curriculum! It rotates about 3 times annually allowing for constant new techniques to be learned and reviewed.

What is a gi?

It’s the karate looking uniform we train in on Wednesdays.

We recommend wearing athletic clothes, sandals and bringing water.
